{review} Miracle Romance Star Power Prism Lameliner and Liquidliner

Konnichiwa! I'm back with a review on the exclusive eyeliners created for the 20th anniversary of the SailorMoon series! Before we start... MOON PRISM POWER, MAKE UP! Hi 5 if you get the reference! :D

Each sailor senshi has a lameliner (the glittery eyeliners) of their respective colours. I bought the Sailor Mars (red) and the Sailor Venus (orange gold) ones. I didn't buy the other two, which were green and blue as I didn't find it to be as wearable.

Miracle Romance Star Power Prism Sailor Mars Lameliner
(Red lameliner)

What a mouthful to say... Not if you're Sailor Moon! They created these cuties to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Sailor Moon. Honestly I bought these because they were a novelty and the packaging was very inviting LOL.

How can you not buy them!?! The packaging is SO BEAUTIFUL. Roses, ribbons, prismatic sparkles and mysterious silhouettes of the senshis... *clutches heart*

But how does the product fair? We'll get right into that soon!

Sailor Mars red lameliner.

Only Sailor Venus and Sailor Jupiter (green) lameliners are packaged into combo packs with eyeliners!

The lameliners contain very fine glitter and have a thick gel consistency which makes it a little difficult to line the eyes, but great to blend on the lids as eyeshadow. They have a glossy finish once set on the skin. The product is dispensed by twisting the top to slowly release it to the pen tip!

I love both colours! The red one has a rusty, reddish brown tone and the orange-gold one is a gorgeous warm bronzy gold colour. Somehow the red lameliner isn't as opaque as the orange-gold one.

The brown eyeliner is your normal, average brown liquid liner. Nothing special about it, but I like that it is dark and opaque enough - some brown liners are too watery in consistency.

Pretty aren't they? However you'd be devastated to know that they are not waterproof! They come off easily with a wet wipe! Aw.

That's all from me today! Hope this review was helpful if you want to get these! They are available in Singapore at the mega Watsons in Ngee Ann City.

Which is your favourite sailor senshi? :>
